Because we sell digital antivirus licenses, our refund rules differ from physical products.

This policy explains your rights, our responsibilities, and how refunds and replacements work.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

1.1 You received the wrong product

If the delivered license does not match the product purchased.

1.2 The license key does not activate

If:

  • You attempted activation using the official vendor instructions
  • Our support team was unable to resolve the issue
  • The activation failure was verified

1.3 Refund is requested BEFORE license delivery

If no digital license was sent yet, you qualify for a full refund.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not issued when:

2.1 The license has already been successfully activated

Once a license is activated, the vendor considers it “used,” and we can no longer revoke it.

2.2 You change your mind after activation

Digital licenses cannot be returned or “resold.”

2.3 More than 30 days have passed since delivery

Unless there are special circumstances.


3. Replacement Policy (Preferred Before Refunds)

If your key does not activate:

  1. We verify the issue.
  2. Troubleshoot common activation problems.
  3. If unresolved, we provide an immediate replacement license.
  4. If the replacement also fails, we issue a full refund.

Replacements are processed within 24 hours.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email: support@topantivirussales.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Screenshot of the activation error (if applicable)

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

By purchasing from our website, you agree that:

  • Delivery occurs when we email you the license key
  • You are responsible for checking your spam folder
  • Download and installation must be done from the official vendor website

6. Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback before contacting us:

  • Your license may be revoked
  • Your account may be blocked
  • Processing may take longer than a normal refund
